Billing and Rates

We bill our work at hourly rates. We will keep detailed logs of the time we spend on your matter. We bill our time in minimum one-tenth hour increments and send statements monthly. Our statements will show by line item the work performed, the date the work was performed, the attorney or legal assistant who performed the work, the amount of time spent on each line item, and the fee for each line item. We encourage our clients to contact us if they have questions or concerns with regard to one of our statements. We do not handle cases on a contingent fee, or flat fee basis. Unfortunately, given the nature of our business, we do not offer free initial consultations. Please contact us for our specific hourly billing rates.
